We recommend that pets have completed basic vaccinations and regular deworming for safety. If there are any special conditions, please inform us in advance.

Do I need to prepare anything before the groomer arrives?

No preparation is required. We will bring all grooming tools and cleaning supplies. You only need to provide a suitable workspace.

Do you need to use water or electricity from my home?

Yes, we will need access to your water and electricity. If it is not available, please inform us so we can arrange alternatives.
